On Monday we put out a challenge to our team and readers to submit their designs based on the new "ombre" trend! We were certainly not disappointed! Here was the challenge image we showed on Monday (and yes, didn't everyone want to have a bite of this cake???)...

Although this layout by Lee-Ann Thornton is not ombre in design, it is about her ombre nails! Love that you captured this trend in a layout about your love of ombre Lee-Ann!

Wow, thanks for showing my card. I really liked the effect of the "ombre" colour scheme. Every bit as stiking and effective as alot of colour.
