We are not done yet SCT friends! If you've watched some of our Create Today videos on the SCT YouTube channel then you know that Lynn Ghahary creates some amazing videos. When we asked Lynn to contribute to our day today, she said she would love to and had a little surprise for us! Lynn has created a video tutorial so that you can see how she created her shaker card! First, here is the sketch Lynn worked with...
To create this sweet shaker card for winter!
Here is how Lynn created this great card...
Lynn's Tip: No need to reinvent the wheel every time you sit down to create a card. If you make a card and love the design, don't be afraid to use it again! Simply change the papers, embellishments, theme, etc and you'll have a great looking card with a design you love in no time at all.
Hope you enjoyed how Lynn created her shaker card! Be sure to share this video and any of our other Create Today videos with all your friends!
Coming up is our final post with cardmaker extraordinaire Kimber McGray! <psst...we've also go some great prizes too!!!> See you at 10:00 p.m.!

Funny- this is the video I watched earlier today- such a cute card!

Great video! Your tip to recreate a design instead of always coming up with a new one is something I recently heard my husband suggesting. It's time to do it!

Cute card, and really good video. I made a shaker card a few months ago, and was wishing I could watch a video of one being made. Thanks for sharing.

Haven't made a shaker card in ages, loved the video. I should take a page out of Lynn's book and leave my trims and card pieces longer... and adjust as I go. Simple but great tip.

Such a fun card and the video makes this technique seem completely do-able for the novice card maker. I can't wait to watch some more Create Today videos while I work on some cards for OWH tomorrow!

I watched this video earlier yesterday, before this post! I knew it would be a great one! I've been wondering if there might be a more cost effective way to get the dimensional circle.... that many foam pop dots gets expensive, I wouldn't want to try to make 40-50 of these for my Christmas cards.... Hmmmmm.....
