What an amazing day it's been! We have seen some great cards from our designers today and this next one from Virginia is no exception and of course, perfectly timed for Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend!
Supplies: Bella Blvd pattern paper, Twinery twine, Hambly washi tape, Kaisercraft rhinestones
Virginia's card was based on this sketch from PageMaps! (if you want even more fabulous card sketches or layout sketches, be sure to check out the PageMaps site!)
Instructions to create Virginia's card:
1. Trim orange dot pattern paper to 5 x 7 and round top corners.
2. Mat the 4 x 6 journal card on brown pattern paper and tuck in semi-circle at the top as shown.
3. Paper piece turkey and pop up on centre of the card.
4. Adhere border sticker and washi tape along the bottom. Tie twine around the card.
Virginia’s Tip: Instead of stamping a sentiment on the card front I like to use journal cards with pre-printed sayings to play up the theme of my card.

Oh my goodness! Would love the stamps. Kelly you rock! ANd Virginia's card is ooo apropriate for today! Having had the privilege of taking a class with her I know she is so fabulously talented. Can hardly wait to see her again in Cambridge next month!

Oh, what great stamp sets!!! Fall is my favorite season. Since moving to FL I miss the great colors of fall but I still love to use them in my scrapbooks and on my cards!!
