I'm a big fan of inking. I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on some Rock Candy Crackle Paint from Ranger to see what I can do with that.
Really like the adorable mitten album!
Thanks for the chance :)

Going iceskating with my kids and after that having some hot chocolat is my favorite moment. I love to have breakfast with the family and opening the gifts by the tree, but in the afternoon the kids love to skate and in the evening a nice christmass dinner.

My favorite tradition is decorating my own Christmas tree. This is only the third Christmas I am celebrating together with my partner since we have moved out of our parents' houses and it's still very special to have your own Christmas tree and be a new small family with the person you love the most.

I love decorating the tree as a family on Christmas eve, by that time the anticipation is palpable.

My favourite holiday tradition is wrapping all of my kid's Christmas books before December 1st and opening one every night before bedtime and reading it together until December 25th. The kids love it! That way there are no arguements about which story to read...we just read the one they opened up.

Our favourite holiday tradition is on Christmas Eve, Ever since I was a very small girl my mom wpould make tortiere - a french Canadian meat pie and we'd ;ool forward to that all year. I still make it but it's not as good as my mom's.

Always get together with my sister and her family on Christmas Eve. When her kids were little my husband put their toys together after they went to bed. Now that they are grown, they bring their girlfriends. Last year we had a Wii Bowling tournament - it was lots of fun!

My favorite tradition would have to be when we get together with my side of the family and instead of a big turkey dinner we just munch all day long. We have veggies and dip, crackers, and cheese, buns and cold cuts and lots of treats! Yummy

My favorite tradition is letting the kids open a gift or two on Christmas Eve. It's keeps them happy and makes them more excited about what Santa might bring, since the gift they get to open is never something they asked for.... lol

On Christmas Eve we get together with my best friend (whom I have known since toddlerhood) and her family. We have an early dinner and exchange gifts. Our children are all adults now but we each have a grandchild ...the more the merrier!
Oh what fun!

My favourite tradition is to sit with christmas carols on the stereo with all the lights out except the lights on the Christmas tree on Christmas Eve. It is a great way to slow down, enjoy the holiday and reconnect with family after all the hectic daus leading up to the holiday.

Decorating the tree is right up there along with church service Christmas eve, that's when the magic ans spirit moves me.
