Hello Friends! Happy Wednesday! It’s Davinie again, with more crafty inspiration.
On Monday’s post I shared a card with you, using some of my favorite products. I had a lot of fun playing with bits and pieces in my craft room. Today I wanted to share a layout I created, using most of the same products, inspired by the design of that card.
As a reminder, this is what the card looked like:
And this is the layout I came up with:
Because the design was already mapped out, putting the layout together was really fast. I used the same techniques, punched in the same spots, and except for using a big tag instead of a label sticker, and the addition of an extra alpha, I used the same products from the card. In fact, it was all still sitting out on my desk, so I actually used the leftover scraps.
I challenge you to create in this way, especially if you have had trouble finding inspiration. Create a card first, and then use it as inspiration for a layout. You will notice that while my card wasn’t square, my layout was 12x12. I just stretched out the design to make it work.
Have a great Wednesday and enjoy the rest of your week, okay? I’ll see you back here on the first for Project 12.

Being a nurse - seeing "split personality" brings a different meaning to me. I was unable to read the journaling to find out what you meant.
I was not a fan of the card, nor this scrapbook page, but I am only one person. Ya can't please everyone all of the time.
Enjoy the sunshine again today!!!

Both your card and layout are fantastic! I love the way you've adapted the card design for the layout! So much more productive, right? Thanks very much! :o)
