This is it, folks! The ultimate scrapbooking challenge. You’ve avoided making this layout for months, perhaps even years. It’s finally time to take that camera and turn it around. If you are like me, you are likely long overdue for an “All About Me” layout. They are some of the hardest layouts to create. The layout can be serious, sentimental, summarizing or silly. There are no rules other than the layout has to be about you and featuring photos of you. If you are feeling particularly brave you can also include your own handwriting for the journaling!
To get your hamster ball rolling, here’s a layout that I recently made of myself. No one was home at the time to help me with the photos so I snapped off a few shots in front of the bathroom mirror. Yes, I wimped out on the handwritten journaling.
Supplies: Core’dinations cardstock and Sand-It Gadget tool, Quickutz and Cuttlebug embossing folders, Sizzix/Stampin’ Up! letter dies, Stampin’ Up! binder punch, Cuttlebug flower quilling die, Glue Dots, Glue Arts and Xyron adhesives, Font: EditorCndn. This layout is based on a sketch from Becky Fleck’s PageMaps 2 book.
If you are looking for some additional inspiration for your “All About Me” layout, be sure to check out the Core’dinations’ blog. I recently set forth this challenge to the Core’dinations’ design team and they all responded with amazing creations.
Don’t feel that you have to post your “All About Me” layout on-line, just promise me that you’ll give it a try. You may just surprise yourself and your family with what you create!

Brilliant but the way my partner looks whenever a camera is pointed at him every page would be entitled outtakes and bloopers, I suppose I should take this as inspiration to actually scrap some pictures of him

Love that you used a dry embossing folder on a layout. I try to do this more often to justify having/buying a bunch of folders. They are a nice change for layouts.
