Happy NSD! I hope you are getting a lot of crafting done and have found some good inspiration today!
For the Spring issue I created a layout of some of my daughter Payton's favorite things. I used a lot of delicious products from My Minds Eye, but wanted to include something personal for the project, so included a vintage doily. I received a couple packages of doilies from my husband's grandmother after she passed away that are rather old, and I have been including them on various projects over the years. I love that I have so many, I love that they are vintage, and I ADORE that they have been passed down from someone in our family tree and are seeing new life as something else.
Your challenge: create a project using something vintage, or a piece of memorabilia on your layout. Maybe it's a ticket stub, maybe it's your child's handprint. That personal touch is up to you! I look forward to seeing what you come up with!
Just link your project in the comments section below by Thursday, May 10th at 6:00 p.m. EST for your chance to win three exclusive Spellbinders/PageMaps dies! Imagine what you could create in your craft room with these...
We LOVE the partnership between Spellbinders and PageMaps!!! Released on the first of each month, the dies coordinate with the PageMaps release! How cool is that? We also love the versatility of Spellbinders dies. They can be used in any universal die cut machine, and cut different types of media, such as cotton fabric, fun foam, burlap, thin chipboard and wool felt! If you have not seen the brand new Cut, Fold and Tuck dies, then be sure to watch THIS! Amazing creation!
Be sure to visit Spellbinders on facebook today too! They have some fun things going on for NSD!
Next up at 8:00 p.m: Bo Bunny is here!!! And you'll want to be here too!
