Good morning! Kimber here with a challenge! My challenge for you for National Scrapbook Day is to use a unique "title". I knew I wanted to do a title that was more than using standard alphas. Since I was using a photo of my daughter blowing out her birthday candle, I used that as the inspiration. I found a number 7 in the Silhouette store, resized it for the space I was using and then cut it out from red cardstock. Then I added the mini alphas for 'the BIG' portion of the title. I love how it turned out!
Supplies: Cardstock: Core'dinations, Pattern Paper: Jillibean Soup, Buttons: Doodlebug Designs, Banner: American Crafts, Clips: Stampin' Up!, Corner Rounder: Stampin' Up!, Ribbon: May Arts, Pen: Martha Stewart Crafts, Adhesive: Xyron and 3L Scrapbook Adhesives
Have you done a "unique" title lately? Or, do you have any "tricks" for creating great titles? Please share them with our readers in the comments below for your chance to win a copy of our upcoming summer issue!

Fun layout! I love to make my title more interesting by doing letter swaps with friends- we will come up with a short title we all need and then each make a letter in a color scheme and then all the letters have different embellishments and styles but still work together. Here is an example with a Disney Mnnie title: http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t302/rlovew/IMG_4207.jpg

Love the oversized #7 Kimber! I'm actually creating a LO right now with a title that was stamped in foam letters, then I'm fussy cutting them out to pop them on my page. I like to do a play on words sometimes when it comes to my titles too. Jillibean Soup products are so fun, would love to win that prize pack!

I like to keep titles simple, but I tend to lack creativity. This page is great!

I'm going to use the title "Behind the scenes" where I am hunkered down behind my daughter holding her wedding dress up during the photo shoot after her wedding, It had rained and the sidewalk was wet so we didn't want to get her dress wet!! Cool photo!!

Love Jillibean Soup! My nephew is a stock car racer. His name is Colt and his number is 45...lol I made a title for a page using
a gun with the number 45 over it!

I try to journal first to help me find the right title for the page. It may not be creative, but it helps me to focus on what I really think is important.

Thanks for the idea and the chance to win. I don't think I have done that with a title before.

I would normally limit the title to a 1 or 2 words to summarize what the layout is all about.
