Good morning SCT friends! What a weekend! Some of the SCT are back from Crop & Create Markham and what an adventure it was in one of the worst snowstorms Toronto has seen in years! We had a great time being snowed in with all our incredible attendees! Special thank you to our fabulous team and to Caroline from Maya Road (heehee from Texas!) for making it all happen! We all cannot wait for Crop & Create 2014!
Of course, we hope you all had a great crafty weekend and are ready to start off the week with a little "love" since it is Valentine's week! Today Kimber share's a super sweet paper technique that is perfect for her card!
Supplies: Cardstock: Bazzill Basics and Jillibean Soup, Stickers: Jillbean Soup and My Mind's Eye, other: Trimmer and Sewing Machine
I saw another card online that had a woven heart and had to figure out how to make one! This is so simple yet super cute!
Simply cut 2" slits every 1/4" using your trimmer.
Weave 1/4" wide contrasting cardstock through the slits.
Secure in place with a dab of glue on the back of the cardstock. Adhere the entire panel to the front of a standard card base. SO cute! ~ Kimber McGray
That is such a super cute Valentines Card. Easy to make too. Thank you for sharing. Love it!!!
Happy Valentines Day to you!

When I was a kid (many years ago) we did a craft quite similar to this. Like they say - everything old... is new again!?!!
