Hello fellow SCT followers! With spring just around the corner…it is just around the corner isn’t it…I thought that is was time start making some fun Easter projects. And in my house, that means things that the kids can ultimately have. So I decided to make this, a woven Easter basket with jellybean filled “carrots.”
The concept is pretty simple. I cut patterned paper into 1” strips and began weaving them to assemble the basket. I created the carrots from the template below. My favorite part has to be the carrots tops made by simply cutting green cardstock into thin strips.
I can say with 100% certainty that my kids will be fighting for carrots once they spot this piece!
