Hello! Short on time? Today designer Jen Gallacher shares how to create a card in under ten minutes with a Paper Pumpkin stamping kit from Stampin' Up! Using one of the cards included in the kit, Jen creates a beautiful layered card by adding additional embellishments such as ribbon, die cut shapes, a fabric flower and more!
Here is the finished card and close up...
Send a dear friend a "hello sweet friend" card today and make his/her day! Handmade cards are always appreciated!

While this is a quick and lovely card, but it would cost a fortune for me to mail to a friend. The white flower would also get crushed. So instead I would hand this to my friend and watch her amazement when she opened it! When I make a card I am constantly thinking about whether it will sit flat, not get crushed, nor get caught in the automatic scanner machines at the post office. The pretty yellow adhesive dots would make this card too bumpy, to mail too.

Your card is very attractive. FYI, the "s" in "grosgrain" ribbon is silent and isn't pronounced, due to its French origin. The correct pronunciation sounds like "grow-grain." Thought you'd want to know.

Lovely card, Jen! I am always looking for inspiration to assemble pretty supplies in a gift box to give away to crafty friends. Having a 10-minute inspiration card is a bonus to go one step further in the gift and include some samples. Cheers!
