Hey everyone, Laura here! Today I wanted to share one of my absolute favorite ways to get a TON of photos on your pages. Photo collages. I’ve been using photo collages on my layouts for over 7 years now. Whenever I want to use a large amount of photos on my layouts, collages are my go-to way of getting all of those photos onto the page in a clean and organized way.
On this layout, I was able to fit 10 photos onto a one page layout, and I still had plenty of room to “play” with my patterned papers and embellishments. My style has always been very linear, and I love how clean the photos look when they’re all together within the collage. Another reason that collages are so nice to work with is that once you have your finished collage printed out and trimmed, you are really only working with 1 large photo (the collage itself), rather than a stack of individual photos that would have to be arranged and adhered.
If you’re knowledgeable in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, you can easily create your own templates to use for creating photo collages. There are also photo editing programs that will often have collage making features. I have created my own in the past, but there are so many great templates available online these days. They are huge timesavers for me, so I tend to stick with the premade ones. Just about every template that I have ever used has come from Kerri Bradford Studio, as she has such a wide variety to choose from.
Here are two simple photo collages I created awhile back you can download for free HERE!
If you haven’t used photo collages on your layouts before, consider trying them out the next time you have a large amount of photos to fit on your page! Give them a try!
Thank you so much, Laura. You are amazing! Take care. :)

Thanks for the templates, I just made one and love it. Will be making more. Would you be able to share the paper you used in this lay-off. I would love to make the same lay-out? Thanks for sharing.

Love the bold papers and colors in Plus One Collection and the B&W pic collage. Thanks for the inspiration to do a collage with myself and my children.
