Hello and welcome to Stampin’ Up! Inspiration Saturday! We’ve invited two super creative demonstrators to share some fabulous Halloween projects, and we know you’ll love their spooky (and cute!) creations featuring the Freaky Friends stamp set from Stampin’ Up!
Freaky Friends Stamp Set Available in Clear Mount or Wood Mount
Up first is the amazily talented Martha Inchley. Martha has some great ideas to share, so let’s dive in.
Let’s hear what Martha has to say about her projects.
“At one of my classes, my customers were talking about items in the holiday catalogue. One lady mentioned that she liked the cute characters in the Freaky Friends Stamp set. I wanted to see if I could create something with a little less cute and a little more spook.”
“I love showing my customers different ways to alter a product. I took a regular muslin bag and dyed it, gave it a flat bottom, rolled down the top and used the drawstring for handles.”
“My customers love learning new design ideas, especially interactive ones. I knew they would love this gift card holder, where the witch and bird pop up as you open it.”
Thank you so much Martha for joining us today and sharing your fabulous ideas. Up next is demonstrator Susy Coté. Susy has some WOW projects to share that you are going to LOVE.
“What would Halloween be without lanterns? The Freaky Friends characters are just perfect for it! They are highlighted with a touch of white gel pen, the Festive Paper-Piercing Pack, the Window Frames Collection Framelits for easy cutting and some Candy Dots to finish it off!”
“Go off the beaten path. Why not create an unexpected background with this sentiment set? I used greetings from the Mingle All the Way stamp set to create a unique Halloween patterned paper. My customers will be impressed by the versatility of the Spiral Border Punch with this sequence right out of a movie scene.”
“Let’s get mysterious for a minute with this double slider card, which reveals its secrets when you pull on the ribbon. Dazzle your friends with an amazing Halloween card with this magical technique!”
“As soon as I spotted this little box die, I knew I wanted to transform it into a bundle bag. The new Curvy Keepsake Box Thinlits Dies are super hot right now and used in various forms all over the internet. It will come in handy for a thousand different occasions!”
Thank you so much Susy for sharing your brilliant projects with us!
