March greetings! It’s Virginia here to share with you a little "trick" I use, along with my dimensional adhesive, to pop up sticker die cuts on my layouts and cards. I like the look of popped up stickers but I don’t like the effect of the sticker caving in spots where I don’t have dimensional adhesive behind the sticker. My solution is to use twine and place them in the sticky areas not covered by the foam dots. This not only unsticks the sticker but gives it even dimension, a win-win!
The example I show is the pretty cursive word. It would take a lot of little tiny pop up foam dots and swirling in a little twine behind the letters is easy and fast!
Hope this inspires you to pop up your stickers more often! Have a crafty day!

What a great idea, and I love to pop things up and have loads of twine!! Thank you so much for the great tip !!
And would not need to many foam squares either, a win win!!

Viginia - just had to say that after creting this layout in your class in Markham I came home and added 5 B&W photos ofmy maternal grandmother along with a hidden tag with journalling and I am so so pleased with how it turned out! Scrapbooking heritage photos is not something I am good at, but I am so excited to have some precious photos of my grandma in my album now!
Thanks for the added tip about the twine!
