It's Day Three of our 9th birthday celebration and we have Virginia Nebel joining us today with more wonderful birthday inspiration!

Today I am sharing a fun and inter-active birthday card using a pre-made file folder album by Teresa Collins (Nine & Co. collection) as the foundation for my project. I love how the beautiful waterfall tabs makes room to add messages, a gift card and other fun embellishments.
