Good morning SCT friends! We've hope you've been having a great week and enjoy some holiday spirit! As the new year approaches we are excited to see this brand new class from our Art Director and designer Cathy Zielske call FIT. Perfect timing one might say!
"Fit is a year-long workshop designed to keep you inspired and accountable in the arena of self-care. For 12 months, we’ll be documenting and connecting to stuff that makes this process work well, as well as the stuff that can get in the way of success. With a 6 x 8 scrapbook to house our stories, we’ll track our progress throughout the year, together.
This is not a workout class. This is a not a nutrition class. This is a class designed to help you connect to what is needed in your life to make real and lasting changes. What are the best ways you can exercise? What are the foods that your body needs? How can you make this process even more personal? These aren’t always easy questions to answer. I speak from years of experience. But I’d like to invite you to join me in 2016 for a year of focusing on you, and working to do better." ~ Cathy Zielske
We are thrilled today to offer this class to two lucky readers! Share one of your goal with us for 2016 in the comment section below by January 7th and on January 8th we'll announce the two winners! Good luck!
As the year draws to a close we want to take a moment to wish all our readers a very Happy New Year. We also want to thank you for helping us to create our most successful year ever! With readers in 120 countries around the globe we love and appreciate all your kind comments, emails and support! We will take the next year to celebrate our 10th birthday and we hope you’ll join us all year long for fun challenges, surprises, prizes and more!
From our SCT home to your home, may all your dreams from the last year turn into achievements during this New Year! Wishing you health, happiness and peace in 2016.

My main goal for 2016 is to rid my life of the negative nellies who feel that it is ok to be disrespectful to me unless I am doing something for them.

this class sounds amazing and like something I really need. :)
I am working to make major changes in my attitude - focusing on embracing joy and not letting others take it from me. I want to let go of bitterness and resentment and choose to be a better ME! :)

Sounds like this class is just what I need. I'm still trying to figure out my goals and what I need to do next year, but one of them will be to try to be more positive. Thank you so much the opportunity to win this. Think I am going to check out more about this class :)

What would one goal be for 2016? I think that any goals I have are all built on one premise…..if I don’t start to focus more on my physical and emotional needs, then it will become more and more difficult to be there for those for whom I have been and must to continue to be. Emergency instructions on a plane say that one must put on their own oxygen mask first before helping others. As women, our instinct is to help others first. In an effort to accomplish my goals which include exercise, attention to diet, taking time to breathe, letting go of emotional baggage, and decluttering to get rid of those things that bog me down. It is relatively easy to begin the process but it is extremely difficult to maintain the motion. Cathy’s description of the class offers support to maintain the motion.

My main goal is to spend more time working on my health. I want/need to move more, eat better, and lower my blood sugars. I also want to spend more time working on taking care of me in other ways, such as time to craft, time to learn, time to pamper myself, etc.

My main goal for 2016 is to eat healthier and lose 30#'s. Our daughter is getting married in June this year, if I can lose 15#'s or more by then I would feel and look better! I could really use this class for motivation! Thanks for a chance to win!

My main goal for 2016 is to stay healthy and happy.
I've been fortunate to be able to do what I want for 75 years and I hope to continue that tradition. My crafting has kept me going and I'll continue do that.
thanks
Happy New Year.

My main goal for 2016 is to continue building my relationships with all that I love and making more relationships that will be everlasting. Surrounding myself with family and friends who I admire, means that I will always learn and be inspired.

I'm a believer that my autoimmune disease can be cured with a nutritional program, diet and other remedies. Because of the severe fatigue it is a challenge to stay on top of the changes that are needed. When I do get better I will need to relearn living life! Something like this would be great!

Happy New Year to all! I would like to be more organized and be less of a procrastinator, to be able to complete any and all projects!!! By doing this then there will be less negativity and feeling less stress.

My goal for 2016 is to organize my work room so that I can start to use my products and tools to create more scrapbook pages and cards, and begin to work on photo wall decor projects. We can always use encouragement along the way to stay focused and organized!

My goal for 2016 is to say yes more than I say no. In other words be more positive. Worry less :)

In 2016 I want to be more active and healthy. I have fibromyalgia and this makes it tough to do some activities but I have to grandchildren and a niece that melts my heart so I am going to do my very best.
