We are excited to share Stampin' Up! Inspiration Saturday with you in 2016! Each month our friends from Stampin' Up! will join us to share a creative tutorial showcasing a new product from their catalog! Today we have Artisan Design Team member Sue here to share a brand new Thinlets Dies and stamps bundle AND three ways to use them!
"Good morning! I’m super excited to show off a fun bundle available in the current Stampin’ Up! Occasions Catalog! The Playful Pals Stamp Set and the Pyramid Pals Thinlits Dies are designed to create darling little “pals”, but the options available in this bundle are endless! I want to share with you today three projects to use them in very different ways.
For my first project, I used the Pyramid Pals Thinlits Dies only with Designer Series Paper and a few accessories to create these adorable Pals! I simply die cut the pyramid box using Shine On Specialty paper and applied adhesive to create the box. I also die cut other (legs, eyes, ears, etc.) and added them; and then I then grabbed some embellishments to finish my Pals…or in this case my Gal Pals!
For my second project I combined the stamps and dies to make tags for Easter treat bags. Using VersaMark ink I stamped the images needed to create a bunny face on a black cardstock tag and heat embossed the images with white embossing powder. I also smudged the tag with a bit of white craft ink to create a chalkboard look. I repeated those steps with the small bow/bow tie image and die and added them to the tags. Then I simply added a sentiment to each tag and attached the tags to the mini treat bags.
For my final project I used only the smallest open triangle die in the Pyramid Pals Thinlits Dies set to cut Whisper White Thick Cardstock to get six triangles. I placed them on a white note card in an interesting pattern and used VersaMark ink and gold embossing powder to add an image and a sentiment.
Check out page 44 of the Stampin’ Up! Occasions Catalog for more Pals inspiration! Without a doubt you’ll find the Playful Pals Stamp Set and Pyramid Pals Thinlits Dies Bundle perfect…for tons of creative fun… for any need or style!" ~ Sue

And the winner is...
I use the Stampin' Mist stamping cleaner every time I stamp - I was a dem in the 90's and have never used anything else BUT that cleaner : ) Oh and an ancient bone folder ~ Christi Posted by: Christi Conley | January 03, 2016 at 03:28 PM
