3:00 pm iNSD with Nicole Nowosad!

It's 3:00 pm and all's well! Design team member Nicole Nowosad has joined us to share her "inspired by" layout! If you're joining us for the first time today, be sure to start at our 9:00 am post!

"I loved the idea of gathering inspiration from within our magazine! There were so many choices in the spring issue, but I was drawn to this page by the talented Jennie McGarvey.

Once I had this layout in mind, I was drawn to a few things about it - the circle diecut background, the layered folders and the fact that it was a masculine page, which I rarely scrap these days as photos of my boys are scarce!

I started by diecutting the Pebble Background from my digital cut file store - JustNick and layered different Amy Tangerine papers behind each circular design, mimicing what Jennie originally did on her page. From there, I layered in some papers in the same area as Jennie did on her page and then went from there!

I also liked how Jennie added a title overtop of her photo, so I decided to go that same route too! I love how that turned out, especially since my photo had a lot of open space on it.
